Commissioned as part of Spin A Tale produced by Constella Music in collaboration with Beam, supporting Darley Abbey Day 2021 for the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site Great Place Scheme, funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund and Arts Council England. Water Hymn was first performed with dance and released online by Constella Music with Exeter College Choir on the 8th May 2021 with choreography by Sarah-Louise Kristiansen and music direction by the composer.
