Pearlie Kee

Trustee

Pearlie is a qualified solicitor admitted to the rolls of England and Wales. She has over 17 years of working in the financial services sector having first trained and worked at a City law firm, and later continuing to advise in an in-house capacity at various financial institutions. Her current practice has a focus on fund management and she is currently in-house counsel at a major US-based asset manager. 

 

Her role as an in-house legal adviser includes input from an operational and strategic perspective for business lines, including on issues relating to process development and governance. 

 

Pearlie is a supporter of the arts and joined the Constella Board of Trustees in 2019.
